When we let go to the attachment of our past - WHO, HOW & WHY we've been up to now - when we let go of the stories of how others have affected us, then we step into the true freedom to choose. Recognizing and utilizing our power of choice gives us the opportunity to to be in relation to now while setting an intention to move forward into the unknown future.  Who we are now is not who've we been before, yet the mind thinks/feels/behaves as if we have always been here in this time/space. The best way out of mental/emotional/physical suffering is to surrender to a process of healing.  What has been done can never be undone, yet the capacity to learn something new never dies.
