I am guided by… Energy, my connection with the natural elements and a desire to serve others – I have been for as long as I can remember. I have known abuse, trauma, codependency, addiction and deep despair that led to multiple attempts of suicide. Both personally and professionally, I have walked through the valley of shadows only to be awakened into a higher vibration of what it means to be human.

I intentionally study and practice… A wide variety of science, philosophy and spirituality, current + ancient, eastern + western, of the earth + of the cosmos. I focus on what I can control – my own thoughts and actions. I am on a quest to make the difference I can make, enhancing our world by consciously connecting with the energy of others.

For over twenty years… I have served in many arenas, always learning. I have a wide variety of experiences in sales, promotion, marketing, photography, entertainment, and public speaking. I continually refine my practice of holistic energy healing and have credentials in transformational coaching, reiki, crystal healing, neurolinguistic programming and Ho’oponopono as well as practicing plant medicine, planetary + environmental sustainability and intuitive healing. I integrate all to offer custom healing sessions to enhance overall well-being for individuals and in groups. I have had the honor of connecting deeply into the lives of thousands of people and am grateful to see others realize their own strength, power and impact in their own lives.

My audacious vision….To hold unconditionally loving, accepting and compassionate space in community, aligned by a common mission to heal ourselves, our systems and enhance our collective planet.

The GAUGE Method… I integrate my learnings into a system called The GAUGE Method, which I practice every day. GAUGE is an acronym for 5 Universal Principles – Gratitude, Awareness, Unity, Growth, Energy.
